Welcome to Pease Patch Publishing!

Welcome! We're so glad you're here.

We're Nathan and Heather Pease, the husband-and-wife team behind Pease Patch Publishing.

For years, entrepreneurship has been a central part of our lives. We've started and operated multiple small businesses, experienced both successes and setbacks, and learned firsthand the value of hard work, creativity, perseverance, and serving others well. Those experiences have shaped not only our careers but also the way we've chosen to raise and educate our children.

As homeschooling parents, we wanted our children to understand that success isn't just about getting good grades—it's about developing character, learning to solve problems, taking initiative, and having the confidence to turn ideas into reality.

When we searched for children's books that taught those kinds of life skills, we found very few. So, we decided to create them ourselves.

That decision led to the CeCe the CEO series—a collection of engaging picture books that introduces young children to entrepreneurship through fun, relatable stories. Rather than teaching business jargon, each book focuses on practical lessons like setting goals, making a plan, learning from mistakes, serving customers, managing money, and discovering that perseverance often leads to success.

At Pease Patch Publishing, our mission is to help children dream big, grow in confidence and creativity, and lead with character through books and resources that teach practical life skills and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs, leaders, and problem-solvers.

This website is where we'll share new book releases, educational resources, printable activities, behind-the-scenes glimpses into our publishing journey, and ideas for parents, educators, homeschool families, and anyone passionate about raising confident, capable kids.

Whether you've already welcomed CeCe into your home or you're just discovering us today, we're grateful you're here. We hope our stories encourage children to dream big, work hard, and discover that they can make a difference in the world—one idea at a time.

Thank you for joining us on this journey.

Dream. Grow. Lead.
